The City isn't all made up of wide-eyed idealists just waiting for their next big break, looking for an opportunity to make it big, some of them are hanging on a thread. Look no further than the Midnight Smoke Bar. Place looks like it hasn't been fixed up in a decade, smells like it too.
Poor William has been crawling through fines and debt just to make ends meet for him and his daughter. With him gone, it's only a matter of time before any memory of the bar disappears along with him. His daughter greets you as you walk in, just like any other night. Except this time, that glint in her eye has long faded away.
